Have you seen this man?

Police are looking for this man who threatened a photographer with a double barrelled shotgun. He is suspected of being a war criminal. Anyone who knows his whereabouts should contact Yates of the Yard.

    … who will interview him, but not arrest him. and by no means charge him.
